A growing manufacturer is looking for Maintenance Technicians to join their organization for a full-time position in the Eddystone, PA area. These positions will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. This hands-on position will conduct maintenance duties for the entire plant and maintenance on the mobile fleet and rolling stock. The operation runs continuously 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing operation and team as well as doing something positive for the environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, while following all company H&S policies.
• Responsible for maintaining all machinery and equipment to ensure that there are limited interruptions to production and that all equipment is safe to operate.
• Participate and help cultivate an environment and culture of continuous improvement.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and wearing of all required safety gear (PPE)
• Adhere, support, and enforce all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least (3) years’ experience in a Plant Maintenance Mechanic and/or Manager role
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
• Skilled in metal fabrication, cutting, and welding.
• Experience with conveyors, feeders, mills, kilns, electrical, automation, and hydraulics helpful but not required
• Mobile equipment experience.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback
• Ability to communicate with people across all organizational levels.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.

Must be able to perform all duties, including standing and squatting for extended periods of time, work in environment with dust and noise, and around equipment with higher than ambient temperatures
