Position: Electrician Maintenance Specialist

Pay Rate: $32.56 /hr+ shift differential to start with Excellent Benefits Package

Potential Signing Bonus: $1,500

Job Type: Full-time

Location: High Springs, FL (In-Person)

Basic Functions:

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair and maintenance duties in a safe and efficient manner. You will need to be proficient in troubleshooting, electrical systems, and industrial mechanical maintenance. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and plant equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication on equipment.
• Use electric arc and oxy-acetylene welding equipment.
• Work at heights, including climbing ladders to maintain silos, hoppers, and the Blend Tower.
• Maintain an inventory of storeroom supplies and tools.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lock Out/Tag Out and Hot Work Tickets.
• Assist production personnel with operational problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Display leadership ability and work effectively with supervisors.
• Must be able to properly operate plant fire control equipment and plant utility systems.
• Routine inventory of storeroom supplies, tools and the ordering information to assist Lead in maintaining proper stock as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent ().
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance (Required).
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical knowledge ().
• Minimum 1 year of electrical experience ().
• Minimum 1 year of experience with PLC’s ().
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must provide own tools.
• Experience in an Industrial Manufacturing facility. (Required)
• Must be able to work any shift.
