Maintenance Mechanic – Full-Time 3rd shift

Location: Schaumburg
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule: 10-hour shifts | Monday – Friday | Overtime & Weekends as needed

A leading baking company is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems to ensure smooth production.
✔ Take ownership of maintenance tasks, from start to finish, with minimal supervision.
✔ Fabricate parts using lathe, mill, and drill press.
✔ Perform TIG and MIG welding as needed for repairs and modifications.
✔ Use a multimeter to diagnose issues such as blown fuses and power failures.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in a manufacturing or baking production environment is .
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
✅ Familiarity with maintenance best practices and safety standards.
