Responsibilities:





Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems.





Hands-on expertise in maintaining mechanical systems, with a focus on hydraulic and pneumatic components.





Respond to maintenance requests from various departments, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and operational needs.





Fabricate, install, and modify equipment or components, with a focus on ensuring the functionality of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.





Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).





Collaborate with team members to complete projects, resolve technical challenges, and achieve department goals.





Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner.





Requirements





High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a mechanical or industrial maintenance field is .





Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, with specific expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.





Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems.





Proficient in using CMMS software for tracking and documenting maintenance activities.





Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and guide a team in completing maintenance tasks and projects.





Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly in mechanical troubleshooting.





Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and internal customers.





Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.





Qualifications:





Associates Degree or Certification in Industrial Maintenance





Certifications in hydraulics, pneumatics and other mechanical certifications
