Maintenance Method EngineerMaintenance EngineerYour new company A multinational manufacturer is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to lead the maintenance activities in their existing plant and to support plant commissioning for their expansion project. Your new role Assess equipment vulnerability and define action plans to support continuous improvement of maintenance activity of the plant.Evaluate, analyse, and monitor operational systems and equipment using plant P&ID, PFD, or Electrical/Electronic circuitry.Focus on maintenance of process equipment such as vacuum pumps, thermal oxidisers, cooling systems, heat exchangers, natural gas/gas effluent management, and utilitiesPropose preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to enhance equipment reliability and operation.Analyse risk using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and recommend mitigation strategiesDefine critical/important spare parts and determine optimum stock levels.Propose and implement maintenance investments and projectsLead problem-solving analyses to eliminate root causes.What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or EquivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is an added advantage.Must be able to read Plant P&ID, PFD or Electrical/Electronic circuitry along with knowledge and ability to analyse Maintenance KPI (MTBF, MTTR, OEE etc.)Know-how in Machine’s Command and Control systems such as PLC, Variable Speed Control systems and other signal related control systemsAbility to define/identify equipment criticality, perform failure analysis and application of quality management Tools such as FMEA, RCA, DMAIC, 8D etc.What you'll get in return Dynamic opportunityPioneer role in an expanding organisationMultinational and dynamic working environment
