If so we have 2 roles that might be what you're looking for. 1 role is 100% in shop, in Calgary. No travel required. Repairing, rebuilding and servicing aggregate systems and skids in shop 1 role is mostly around the Calgary area with 3 to 10 LOA days a month max. Setting up and servicing aggregate systems on client sites. Our client is a leader in providing crushing, screening, and conveying solutions for the mining industry across Canada and the United States. They offer a comprehensive package of equipment, parts, mechanical services, and technical support, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and upholding a collaborative team culture. We are seeking a Journeyman or Red Seal Millwright with a strong background in industrial equipment and mechanical services, specifically with experience in the crushing and screening industry. The successful candidate will focus on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of large aggregate systems. This role is perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking for long-term stability within a reputable organization. Tools provided, flex care days, negotiable vacation amount ( 2 - 3 weeks depending on industry experience), and more Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of crushing, screening, and conveying systems in the Calgary shop. Provide customer support by addressing equipment issues and offering solutions during and after installations. Work with internal teams to ensure proper project coordination, parts management, and scheduling to meet customer requirements. Upsell and recommend parts and services to clients, contributing to increased sales and revenue. Operate a company vehicle for job-related duties, maintaining mileage records and conducting safety inspections. Participate in training sessions with clients and internal teams to share knowledge on equipment upkeep and maintenance best practices. Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring that services are completed efficiently and within financial expectations. Qualifications What you bring: Journeyman or Red Seal Certification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright). Unfortunately we are not able to review apprentices at this time. Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial equipment, preferably within the mining or manufacturing industry. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with large machinery and systems, such as aggregate and mix machines. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
