Maintenance Operative- Responsive Repairs

We're looking for multiskilled maintenance operatives who are looking to work within responsive repairs departments for a social housing provider in South Yorkshire.

These are temporary roles initially but are an ongoing requirement so expected to go either temp to perm or be rolling, long-term contracts

Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.



Your new role

Multiskilled domestic maintenance- joinery, plastering, plumbing, tiling, brickwork etc.

General, minor repairs (fixing door handles, cupboard doors, leaking taps, toilet flushes, holes in walls, missing tiles etc.)



What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in domestic building maintenance required (ideally social housing)

NVQ or City & Guilds in relevant trade

Full UK driving license

Own hand tools



What you'll get in return

You will be paid weekly every Friday.

You will receive constant updates from your Hays consultant

This is an ongoing, long term working opportunity
