Maintenance Parts Clerk 2nd Shift

Employment Requirements:
- English and/or Spanish, oral and written, communication skills are required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Computer and typing skills are required
- 24/7 facility; flexible schedule required: weekends, holidays and overtime, etc.
- Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds frequently
- Must have reliable transportation
- Attendance is crucial to position
Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience working with parts inventory operations (preferably in Maintenance or similar dept).
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required
- Self-motivated with ability to follow through on daily tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player, able to work with and through others to achieve goals
Job Responsibilities:
- Check in all parts deliveries and receive in inventory program
- Take inventory of assigned weekly areas
- Assist technicians in finding parts and account for all parts taken out of inventory
- Document purchasing needs for day shift clerks to follow up on with vendors
- Maintain cleanliness of parts room and keep pathways clear of all boxes and/or parts
- Follow all GMP and PPE procedures
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Follow any and all additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Maintenance Manager
