Maintenance Parts Clerk 2nd Shift

Employment Requirements:

• English and/or Spanish, oral and written, communication skills are required
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Computer and typing skills are required
• 24/7 facility; flexible schedule required: weekends, holidays and overtime, etc.
• Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds frequently
• Must have reliable transportation
• Attendance is crucial to position

Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience working with parts inventory operations (preferably in Maintenance or similar dept).
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required
• Self-motivated with ability to follow through on daily tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player, able to work with and through others to achieve goals

Job Responsibilities:

• Check in all parts deliveries and receive in inventory program
• Take inventory of assigned weekly areas
• Assist technicians in finding parts and account for all parts taken out of inventory
• Document purchasing needs for day shift clerks to follow up on with vendors
• Maintain cleanliness of parts room and keep pathways clear of all boxes and/or parts
• Follow all GMP and PPE procedures
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Follow any and all additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Maintenance Manager
