Birchwood Lodge is looking for the right candidate to fill a year-round full-time lead maintenance position. Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, small engine repair, CPO certificate, and landscaping knowledge is a plus. Ability to use, maintain and update maintenance software, inventory and prepare documents for billing. The right candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and an impeccable track record in maintaining a larger commercial facility and exceptional customer service.
