Eklendi 21/05/2024Career opportunity at a leading company in its fieldGreat work environmentMüşterimiz HakkındaOur client is a leading FMCG company in its fieldİş TanımıDeveloping and overseeing periodic, preventive, and predictive maintenance schedules.Identifying and managing necessary spare parts in line with the maintenance plan.Streamlining the maintenance budget for optimal efficiency.Proposing and executing improvement and cost-saving initiatives.Conducting root cause analysis of breakdowns using the 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagram methods.Leading the implementation of Kaizen and 5S practices with the maintenance team.Assisting the production team with autonomous maintenance activities.Aradığımız ProfilBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.Experience in Lean Manufacturing or TPM implementation.Knowledge of SAP PM module is a plus.Proficiency in both written and spoken English.Familiarity with MS Office applications.Quality-oriented and task-focused.Open to change and development.Strong skills in teamwork, analytical thinking, and communication.Excellent planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Teklif EdilenlerGreat career opportunity and work environment
