Maintenance Production Manager

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Lead the team of 3-5 Maintenance Crews including 8-12 field team members.
• Spending 90% of your time in the field with team members.
• Training, recruiting and retaining teams
• KPI tracking and communicating both quality and efficiency scores.
  
  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years landscape maintenance experience
• 2+ years of crew leadership experience
• 3+ year of multiple crew leadership experience
• Clean driving record
• Working knowledge of Plants and Turf of the Atlanta, GA area
• Working knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment
• Good communication skills. The ability to speak and understand Spanish is desired.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office.
