The Role:



* The vacancy is for an experienced Repairs and Maintenance Scheduler to work on a leading Housing Association responsive maintenance contract



* You will be able to professionally monitor and coordinate all repairs and maintenance requests and complaints from tenants



* Acting as representative for the company, and scheduling appointments in coordination with the subcontractors



* You will work in close coordination with the maintenance team including a the Surveyor, Liaison Officer, and skilled trades



* Works will include kitchen and bathroom upgrades, internal and external works, repairs and renovations.



* Work will also include the company DLO work flow



* The position is fully office based in Wisbech, 5 days a week



The Person:



* You must have previous experience in a similar scheduler role in maintenance for an affordable housing specialist main contractor.



* Stable career history, right to work permanently in the UK, based within an easy commute of Wisbech



* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; must enjoy working within a team and autonomously
