Summary:
Seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations at the American Water Camden Headquarters. This role involves managing repair and maintenance requests, coordinating contractors, and ensuring the operational integrity of the facility.

Position Info:

• Title: Maintenance Service Supervisor
• Client: American Waters
• Duration: 3 months
• Location: 1 Water Street, Camden, NJ 08102
• Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for maintenance and repair services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Oversee and coordinate facility contractors and service schedules
• Assist with conference room and Town Hall setups and configurations
• Support housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of the facility and loading dock
• Assist in the mailroom, including unloading trucks and managing storage
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in maintenance-related or building services work
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Ability to coordinate and oversee contractor services
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree
