Maintenance Supervisor

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Dallas, TX area.  This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is $60,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance, calibration, installation, and repairs
• Create schedules for the maintenance department
• Work with production managers to maintain maintenance standards
• Must ensure all facility equipment is operational and if not, troubleshoot/repair in a timely manner
• Promote good housekeeping practices
• Manage training programs for new equipment
• Assist engineering with the installation and startup of new equipment

Experience Needed:

• At least 4 years of maintenance management experience in the heat treat or industrial machinery industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Ability to maintain equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics 
• Strong skill-sets in chain drivers, PLCs, pumps, motors, electrical schematics and gearboxes
