Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan maintenance to ensure continuous operations and eliminate equipment downtime.
• Directly supervise the hourly maintenance workforce; monitor employee performance; administer discipline; maintain positive employee relations.
• Implement maintenance processes and procedures
• Implement safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a supervisory capacity
• Previous experience maintaining heavy manufacturing equipment
• Demonstrated skills in maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Demonstrated electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of industrial safety (OSHA and EPA regulations.)
