Dynamic, full-time, Maintenance Supervisor/Service Manager position is available at an outstanding apartment community in just 20 min south of Cleveland, OH. We are seeking a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent maintenance skills and attention to detail. We are looking to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team! The apartment community is 325+ units.

The position is a live on-site Opportunity with an apartment included in the salary.

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years experience in the maintenance field
• Multifamily housing experience
• Overseeing a staff of 4 technicians / managerial skills required
• Make Ready
• Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry
• Apartment Turns / Work orders
• Honest, loyal and reliable
