Requirements:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Ensure the Maintenance team is completing work orders and make-readies in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement preventive maintenance procedures and identify/communicate deferred maintenance to the Property Manager.
• Must have the ability to be on call (in team rotation).

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) supervisory experience in the multifamily industry as a Supervisor.
• A Valid U.S. Driver's License is required
• HVAC Certification Required: Type II or EPA Universal
• CPO Certification but not required
