Site Supervisor - Facilities Management\n\nPosition Title: Site Supervisor \nLocation: Central London\nEmployment Type: Full-time\nSalary: £55,000 + overtime + on call \n\nJob Summary\n\nWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance services within our facilities management operations. This role involves overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing on-site teams and contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\n\nKey duties & responsibilities \n\nSupervise and coordinate all (M&E) activities on site, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.\nOversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure compliance with SFG20 standards.\nLead, manage, and mentor on-site M&E technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.\nMonitor team performance, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.\nAllocate tasks and manage workloads effectively.\nManage and prioritise reactive maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and disruption.

\n\nRequirements:\n\nQualified in an engineering discipline (Electrical); C&G, HNC, HND or equivalent \nExperience of service delivery on commercial sites\nPrevious experience of supervising a engineering team.\nA proven track record in commercial building maintenance\nAbility to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.\nAbility to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills \n\nIf you're ready for a new challenge, please apply today!\n\nRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
