Job Overview:

• Oversees overall maintenance and physical appearance of interior and exterior of property.
• Assists in securing bids and proposals and makes recommendations to the Community Association Manager as they relate to the buildings physical plan.
• Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties.
• Responds to emergencies in the building as needed and is on-call 24/7.
• Ensures that all personnel are properly trained, perform their assigned duties daily and have proper equipment/supplies to perform their job.
• Documents procedures and processes followed.
• Supervises, recognizes, and provides an explanation and possible solution of problems in all maintenance building areas as may be mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or aesthetics.

Skill & Qualification:

• High school diploma.
• Must possess strong maintenance and repair skills in HVAC, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electricity
• General experience in building trades, mechanical, repair and replacement maintenance or handy work. Condo experience is a plus.
• Computer literacy: Proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft offices applications. Word, Excel spreadsheets, and e-mail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• English and Spanish fluency desirable.
• CAM License a plus.

• Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• On-Call
• Full-time
