We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced poultry processing plant. This role is crucial in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and team leadership.

Shift: 3rd

Pay Range: $85,000-$92,500 + 10% Annual Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
• Implement and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in plant equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and food safety standards.
• Manage inventory of maintenance parts and tools while staying within budget.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) such as SAP to track work orders and maintenance history.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma principles.
• Assist in capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility expansions as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment (poultry ).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in CMMS (SAP, Maximo, or similar systems).
• Understanding of OSHA regulations, food safety standards, and GMPs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
