Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team

• Communicate job expectations, coach the service team, and monitor your team’s performance against company goals

• Provide feedback for improvement and guidance in defining career paths and professional development plans

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role

• EPA Universal/HVAC Certification 

• Previous affordable housing maintenance experience

• High energy and drive to make an impact on operations
