Electrical Bias Maintenance Team Leader
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Team Leader to join our food manufacturing company based in Norfolk.
As the Electrical Bias Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the electrical maintenance team to ensure the continuous and optimal performance of all electrical equipment and systems. This is a hands-on management role where you will oversee maintenance activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement new bias maintenance processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing and developing the electrical maintenance team
- Scheduling and overseeing all preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Performing bias root cause analysis on electrical failures and identifying corrective actions
- Managing maintenance budgets and controlling costs
- Liaising with production managers to minimize equipment downtime
- Implementing new bias maintenance procedures and working practices
- Ensuring compliance with all electrical safety standards and regulations
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a bias maintenance team leader or electrical engineer role, excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems, strong leadership capabilities, and good problem solving skills.
This is a 4 on, 4 off day and night shift pattern offering a competitive salary of £52,000 per year.
