A brand new role is now available for a maintenance team leader with a strong background in industrial manufacturing. The maintenance team leader will be working for a leading Manufacturing business at their factory in the Suffolk area and you will be responsible for all manufacturing and packaging machinery in the state of the art factory. The succesful maintenance team leader needs to be multi skilled and hold an engineering qualification and be available to work a panama Days and Nights shift pattern. This is a perfect chance for the right maintenance team leader to join a leading business and take the next step in their career.



Skills Required for Maintenance Team Leader:



Experience leading a team of engineers in a manufacturing environment

Planned and Reactive maintenance Task

Good hands on electrical and mechanical skill set

Relevant engineering qualification (HND, HNC, Degree, NVQ level 3 etc.)

Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
