Maintenance Team Leader\n\nSalary: £37,860 - £46,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)\n\nLocation: Reading area\n\nLet us introduce the role:\n\nAWE is currently recruiting for Maintenance Team Leaders (electrical or mechanical) to provide leadership and supervision of asset maintenance delivery craft and support team(s). You will be responsible for the delivery of asset maintenance to ensure plant is reliable and available to meet the corporate, functional and Tech Centre programme, whilst ensuring it's delivered in compliance with legislation, licence conditions, corporate and engineering process and standards.\n\nWho are we looking for? \n\nWe do need you to have the following: \n\nAn Engineering Apprenticeship with a relevant, recognised qualification ONC, ND or NVQ level 3\n\nStrong practical experience of plant maintenance\n\nProven fault-finding skills.\n\nPC literate\n\nSupervisory, leadership and performance management skills\n\nAccredited Risk Assessor\n\nConversant in Health and Safety legislations\n\nPractical experience of plant maintenance\n\nAMS & maintenance systems/procedures\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nSome reasons we think you'll love it here: \n\nAWE has wide range of benefits to suit you.
