Maintenance Technician Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to service our properties. You will be responsible for facility and grounds upkeep and may work alone or with a crew. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience performing professional apartment maintenance work, is familiar with a variety of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and heating systems, and knows how to keep the sidewalks and other structures around our buildings clean and safe.

What You Will Do

Lead the charge for maintenance excellence in property management to repair and maintain some of the best properties in town!

• Respond to work orders in a timely order with the highest level of quality
• Repair, replace and maintain apartment equipment, fixtures
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical equipment
• Snow removal and property grounds cleanup
• Trash runs on property
• Frequently walk, bend, lift/pull/push up to 70 pounds

What You Will Need

• Three to five years maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family community setting
• HVAC license () and pool certification (required)
• Excellent mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills required
• Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule
• Valid Driver License, reliable transportation and valid insurance required
• Personal Smart Phone is necessary in this position
• Ability to uphold the Company Vision and Values
• You will be required to provide your own hand and power tools
