Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

● Utilize the work order management system to receive and complete reactive repair Work

Orders

● Inspecting and operating, facilities equipment to repair or diagnose issues

● Executing routine maintenance tasks to uphold the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of

Boston Dynamics properties

● Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls

● Comply with all safety regulations and procedures

● Assisting with furniture and equipment relocations.

● Assist the Maintenance staff with all related tasks as needed

Qualifications

● At least two years of verifiable experience (three or more highly desirable) maintaining

various building systems in a large commercial facility

● Valid Driver’s License

● Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, prints, tables, charts and operating

manuals

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

● Must have the ability to report to a facility for emergency service, within one hour.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted

● Physically capable of using aerial lifts and ladders to a height of thirty feet

● Trade experience

● Keep computerized records and prepare reports. Access employee related computer

software (email, work planning, time-keeping) at an effective proficiency level.
