We have partnered with a Regional Property Management company who is in need of an All-Around Handyman who can help with Apartment Turnovers and Maintenance orders for a 250+ unit complex in East Hartford
Pay: $20-23/hour
Schedule: 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri
We need someone to start ASAP!
Goal:

• Provide with a clean, well maintained and fully functioning living environment.

Responsibilities:

• vacant apartment preparation
• trash removal
• emergency repairs
• cleaning
• landscaping
• ordering maintenance equipment
• record keeping
• accepting deliveries and moving furniture and/or appliances.
• turn projects (fixing up apartments after leave prior to leasing to a new )

Must have hands-on experience with: basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating,?landscaping and cleaning.

. . . Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month. . .
