Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team working in a multi-family residential location. You will be responsible for completing work orders while ensuring a true team atmosphere. are very appreciative and supportive. CAR NEEDED for this job; not Metro accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion for multiple units
• Estimate time and extent of repairs to accurately order supplies and equipment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance for kitchens, baths, window treatments, interior painting
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM; no weekends, evenings, or holidays
• Communicate effectively when work should be performed by outside contractors

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
