Come work with an award-winning maintenance team for an award-winning property management company in Audubon, PA. As a Maintenance technician, your duties will include servicing vacant units for new , completing service requests in vacant & occupied homes, grounds clean up, snow removal and being part of a 4 man on call rotation for emergencies. At least one-year experience in the following, apartment maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting & repair with an EPA certification is required, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, carpentry, drywall repairs and painting. Must be located within 30 mins of community or willing to relocate. Come be part of a great team!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
