As a member of the maintenance team, you have one of the most important jobs at the property. You are responsible for providing a safe and comfortable living space for the individuals choosing to live at our property. Often you are the face of the company and our rely on you to promptly respond to their needs. As part of our property team, it is your responsibility to aid and assist in creating a great living experience for all of our .

Your responsibilities include:

• Walk property daily and pick up trash
• Review work orders and project schedule before daily planning meeting
• Attend the daily planning meeting and report your plan for the day
• Complete work orders
• Engage with and ask the to write an on-line review
• Leasing! (we'll explain how)
• Move-in and move-out, assist the PM with scheduling and planning apartment turns
• Assist other properties with any emergencies or urgent work orders
• Assist the maintenance team with any remodels or projects at the properties
• Inventory all supplies in the shop

As part of the maintenance team you are required to be a part of the on-call emergency phone rotation. The on-call emergency phone provides a way for Property Managers, Assistant Managers, and all supervisors to ensure that any emergency maintenance needs can be addressed immediately after hours or on weekends.
