Full Time Maintenance Technician Needed:

Park Hill Apartments in Washington, NJ. is currently looking to hire another knowledgeable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Our community- oriented, family run apartment complex offers competitive pay, with company paid insurance and 75% of employee's medical insurance cost along with paid PTO and vacation time. Employee's elective benefits including family medical, dental, vision and life insurance are offered. is available as part of the salary package if desired.

Apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC certification a plus. Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4;00 pm. However, to provide the best possible service to our , you will be included in a 24 - hour emergency maintenance " on call " rotation.

Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation, valid driver's license as well as pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
