Maintenance Technician

Allied Reliability is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform a wide range of repair tasks including maintenance and repairs on various pieces of manufacturing equipment.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnosing malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems/components

• Emergency response: Responding to urgent maintenance issues and repairs

• Documentation: Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

• Preventative maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and servicing of equipment to prevent breakdowns, including lubrication, cleaning, and part replacements.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot and calibrate basic manufacturing equipment (belts, conveyors, screws, sensors, minor electrical systems, sprockets, bearings, baggers)
• Can perform all basic TPM tasks
• Ability to comprehend a basic PM checklist
• Candidates should have some PLC knowledge (currently using Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi)
