As a Maintenance Technician you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of work orders for rental properties, company facilities, and other contracted properties. In total, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing the tasks that enable us to maintain properties in first-class condition.

*This position may be hired at a supervisory level, depending on experience of the candidate applying.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Prioritize and complete maintenance work orders in a precise and timely manner.
• Electrical repairs and service of water heaters, , wall outlets, light switches, and ceiling lights
• Plumbing repairs, service, and installation of faucets, drains, toilets, and sinks .
• Carpentry and remodeling,  cabinet repairs, sheetrock/drywall repairs, texturing, interior and exterior door replacement.
• Work to achieve and maintain overall curb appeal standards for our company.
• Being on call in rotation with other technicians.
• Being responsible for exhibiting and promoting professionalism among maintenance staff.
• Exhibiting courtesy always; treating all clients and company personnel with respect and professionalism.
• Ensuring maintenance is performed in such a manner as to minimize discomfort or distress, while keeping in mind that quality matters.
