A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP,LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for the Edison at Peytona, located in Gallatin, TN.

Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Timely completion of rent readies
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
• Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner
• Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules

Maintenance Technician qualifications:

• 3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 in multi-family industry)
• EPA Certification is required
• CPO Certification is
• Class A maintenance experience
• Must be available to be on-call as required.
