Pro Talent Group,a division of MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, is seeking afull-time Maintenance Technicianfor amanufacturing facilityinIndianapolis, IN. This role is critical in maintaining equipment, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• $38/hr ($79,040 per year)
• Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday
• 2nd Shift:2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday – Friday
• 3rd Shift:10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday – Thursday
• Weekend work, early starts, or late ending times may be required

Responsibilities:

• Performpreventive and condition-based maintenanceto OEM standards
• Analyzeline performance dataand recommend improvements
• Troubleshoot and repairmechanical and electrical equipment
• SupportRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
• Train operators onbasic maintenance tasks
• Maintain detailed records in theComputer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experiencein a manufacturing environment required
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience but not required
• Strongmechanical and basic electrical skills
• Experience withpackaging, conveyance, and liquid/powder manufacturing equipment
• Basic knowledge ofPLC (Allen Bradley)
• Familiarity withCMMS and production workflow/control systems
• Ability totroubleshoot, analyze, and improve equipment performance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability tostand, walk, kneel, reach, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions
• Comfortable working in afast-paced, manufacturing environment
• Must be able towork extended hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
