Property Maintenance:

Performing preventive maintenance, fixing and installing light fixtures, electrical outlets, air conditions, ceiling fans, replacing toilets, sinks, counter tops, vanities and flooring tiles, appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry and painting. Performing necessary work to keep establishment in good shape and the apartments in rent ready condition. Completing maintenance and repair work orders. Replace broken parts and equipment.

Requirements:

Valid Drivers License, Clean DMV Record, Clean Background (No Criminal Conviction), Current proof of insurance

Experience in:

Plumbing, Painting, Electrical, Carpentry, General Construction

Must have/be:

Previous experience in apartment maintenance, Own tools, Must have very good organization and time management skills., Deadline and detail-oriented
