Responsibilities:

• Appliance, plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair
• Emergency on-calls
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Work with a team as a team member for the success of the community

Top candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Multi-Family Property Maintenance experience required - 2+ years
• Provide with outstanding customer service
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely and complete manner
• Knowledgeable in all areas of property maintenance
• Must be able to speak and write English
• HVAC certification required
• CPO certification
