Maintenance Technician – $33 to $44/hr + $5K-$10K Sign-On Bonus + Full Benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, robotics, and automation equipment.
- Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, ensuring optimal machine performance.
- Diagnose and fix machine components, including pumps, motors, valves, bearings, cylinders, and spindles.
- Handle high and low-voltage electricity, including 480V systems, VFDs, and motion controls.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
- PLC troubleshooting and programming experience (Allen Bradley or Siemens ).
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
- Ability to work rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations.
- Experience with predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and current analysis is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, or Industrial Automation.
- Certifications in Reliability-Centered Maintenance or Condition-Based Monitoring.
- Experience in highly automated production environments, including battery cell/module manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, RCM, and other reliability techniques.
Choose Your Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:45 PM – 1:30 AM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:45 AM (Sunday – Thursday)
- Fixed Weekend Days: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Fixed Weekend Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
