Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform basic data collection and assist in technical manual development and review.
- Analyze, organize, plan and participate in various phases of day-to-day hands-on Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) activities using established procedures.
- Conduct hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of U.S. Army vehicles and other equipment.
- Maintain appropriate records and prepare required reports.
- Coordinate various Maintenance activities with internal and external customers during validation and verification events.
- Provide activity and status reports to management, as required
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years related experience, preferably U.S. Army.
- Demonstrated hands-on mechanic/ wrench turning capability.
- Possess a general working knowledge of how the Army Supply System functions.
- Candidates must be a U.S. and be able to obtain a Security Clearance prior to start of work.
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable reading and interpreting Technical Engineering Drawings of Military vehicles and equipment.
- Ability to understand drawing structure, relevant markings and engineering change orders.
- Knowledgeable working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word documents and files.
