We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Labor/Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This position requires a reliable and experienced individual to perform a variety of maintenance tasks at our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to handle diverse projects, and the physical capability to work in various environments.

Key Requirements:

• Must have a truck or van capable of hauling a ladder and materials to job sites.
• Must be equipped with necessary tools and cordless tools.
• Previous experience in carpentry, roofing, plumbing, and general maintenance is required.
• Must be comfortable with heights, working outdoors, and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Work within expense limits, Complete Daily reports and time sheets.
• Must be local to the Raleigh area.
• Ability to participate in an emergency on-call rotation.
• A criminal background check will be conducted.
