Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly expanding manufacturer, is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Hazelton, PA!

This role is direct hire positions meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

Benefits:

Details:

• 2nd shift hours: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday
• Lead Pay: $35 - $45 per hour, based on experience.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), conveyor / sortation equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment such as trash compactors, balers, emergency lights, and stretch wrappers
• Researches and suggests improvements in facilities operational efficiencies to support the reduction of natural resource consumption.
• Enter and track work orders in eMaint
• Estimates labor/materials costs for repairs.
• Acts as liaison with outside vendors and suppliers.
• Responsible for reviewing, enhancing and suggesting improvements in the organization’s operational efficiency in regard to environmental conscientiousness.
• Responsible for developing facilities plans.
• Ensures adherence to company facility standards.
• May develop criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment to meet unusual operating requirements and building and safety codes.
• May work with specialized outside contractors.
• Reviews and estimates design costs, labor, materials and other related costs in facility planning.

Requirements:

• High school education or GED is required
• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
• ASRS experience is required
• 1+ years of experience as a Lead
• 70e certified is , but not required
• Previous experience working with Exacta a plus is ideal but not required.
