Aegis has partnered with a manufacturer that is looking for a Maintenance Technician with both electrical & mechanical industrial experience. They are looking to hire ASAP so apply now for a chance at this great opportunity! 

Compensation - $30-33/hr + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 3 weeks PTO, catered lunches, etc.)

Shift - 3rd shift 9pm-7am Sunday-Wednesday night. 4 day workweek!

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, and processes. Preference will be given to candidates who have industrial maintenance experience in automotive, plastics, steel, etc. 
Work could consist of any of the following:

• Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with safety/operational standards.
• Works on projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Performs preventative maintenance as required.
• Maintains building, grounds, and utility systems.
• Aids in the training of new maintenance employees.
• Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

• Perform and support all preventative and scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to maximize production.
• Diagnose problems, replace, repair, and test parts, and adjust as needed.
• Detect faulty operations and defective material.
• Weld and fabricate parts as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Provide emergency or unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and on call as needed.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Proficient with pneumatic systems and components
• Maintain part and supply inventory.
• Operate fork trucks, platform trucks, and other power lifts as needed.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and welding and cutting equipment.
