Looking for a new opportunity in your career as a maintenance professional?  AMLI Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician at our 2 apartment complexes in Seattle. Housing allowance for a 1-bedroom apartment available!

As the Maintenance Technician at AMLI 535 and AMLI South Lake Union, you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the communities. Duties include:

• Perform general and higher-level maintenance service such as: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Ensure all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Respond on a timely basis to service requests.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
• Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections. 
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies, and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $24.50 - $26.00 an hour plus monthly bonus

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience
• Availability for on call and weekend rotation
