Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician Assistant to join our CNC manufacturing team. In this role, responsible for providing support to a maintenance team by performing basic repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, cleaning, and assisting with more complex repairs under the guidance of an experience technician, ensuring the overall functionality and upkeep of CNC Machines, a facility or building by addressing minor maintenance issues and maintaining inventory of supplies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
·       Performing minor repairs to machinery.
·       Completing routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating equipment, checking for potential issues.
·       Cleaning common areas, removing debris, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the facility.
·       Responding to work orders, logging maintenance requests, and updating status of repairs.
·       Providing support to licensed technicians during complex repairs, including holding tools, preparing materials, and following instructions.
·       Adhering to safety procedures and reporting any hazards or potential safety issues

Requirements and Qualifications:
·       High school diploma or GED certificate a plus.
·       Basic mechanical knowledge, understanding basic principles.
·       Ability to use a variety of hand tools safely and effectively.
·       Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and identify potential problems.
·       Physical stamina to perform tasks.
·       Ability to follow instructions carefully and complete tasks with accuracy.
·       Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors to report issues and updates.
·       Reliable form of transportation.
