We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join our team at a high-rise residential building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general building maintenance, with expertise in boiler systems, plumbing repairs, and minor electrical work.

Requirements

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in residential units and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and maintain boiler systems to ensure proper operation.
• Address plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
• Handle minor electrical repairs, such as outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance concerns.
• Assist with HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of boiler operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience with plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to perform minor electrical work safely and efficiently.
• Black Seal License ( but not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
