Maintenance Technician (HVAC Knowledge Required)

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician (HVAC Knowledge Required) to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems along with the day to day maintenance tasks such as but not limited to plumbing repairs, small electrical repairs, apartment remodels, tile work, trim work, cabinet installation. 

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as needed across two properties. 
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements on all appliances and HVAC systems as needed. 
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all apartments as needed. 
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
