Maintenance Worker

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial and maintenance duties related to providing a clean and safe environment for staff and clients in and around the buildings and grounds of Tadiso Inc. Primary responsibility is for the use of proper methods and materials in cleaning and otherwise caring for the building and equipment.
- Mops and scrubs floors, dust furniture, cleans elevator, cleans restrooms, replaces restroom supplies, disposes of wastepaper.
- Cuts grass, shovels snow, sweeps and cleans walks, keeps outside premises in order.
- Replaces light bulbs and makes minor repairs in and around the facility grounds.
- Moves furniture and equipment; receives supplies and deliveries to the facility.
- Keeps inventory of cleaning supplies and places orders.
- Performs related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively orally with staff.
- Ability to learn materials, methods, and practices used in cleaning operations.
- Ability to learn the operation and care of various cleaning machinery.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to lift or move with equipment up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience in maintenance or janitorial work.
- High School Diploma or GED.
