Manager, Business Operations and Contracts Management

Location: Singapore Central Work Type: Permanent Salary: 9,000 to 10,000 Develop operational procedures for current Submarine build operations and the implementation of new Submarine Network Systems nsure full compliance with contractual obligations, including procurement of necessary insurance and services across various agreements Oversee the annual renewal process for submarine network projects, from approval and budgeting to implementation. Develop operational procedures for current Submarine build operations and the implementation of new Submarine Network Systems. Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, including procurement of necessary insurance and services across various agreements. Coordinate the integration of new vendors, manage invoices, and facilitate payments in collaboration with internal finance and external stakeholders for Submarine Network System initiatives. Oversee the annual renewal process for submarine network projects, from approval and budgeting to implementation. Assist the Operations & Maintenance team in monitoring and processing all annual renewals. Support the Leadership team by providing monthly updates and facilitating quarterly board meetings, while also coordinating data collection and distribution among internal stakeholders. Streamline internal contract management processes to enhance efficiency and organization. Job Requirement Degree holder Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital/communications infrastructure sectors Strong experience in contract management, including understanding how complex agreements are structured, flow through and executed Experienced in managing budget, cashflow for operations for large complex global project Experience in business operations, setting up new processes or customer success role
