Manager, Client Engagement
Job Description
As part of our transformation to a unified delivery model, Epsilon has formalized the Client Engagement function to orchestrate delivery of our products and services to our clients. Moving from product-centric teams to functional service teams adds complexity and requires greater attention to the way we engage clients, and Client Engagement drives client outcomes and value through day-to-day partnership with clients and internal teams. We lead orchestration and integration of Epsilon teams, products, and services to deliver contracted work in a more consistent manner across functional teams.
You enjoy working with both clients and delivery teams, connecting the dots, and managing both internal and external expectations. You will have the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships. Thrive in a client-facing role, working with clients, addressing their concerns, and being their point of contact.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will play a vital role in ensuring successful engagements and contributing to business growth.
- Facilitate communication between the client, project team and other stakeholders. Contribute to knowledge sharing and lessons learned within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality throughout and after each engagement.
- Work in a large, multicultural, and "matrixed" organization that is geographically dispersed.
- Establish client relationships and ensure client satisfaction with contracted Epsilon products and services.
- Orchestrate across delivery teams to deliver a single product or service for clients with ability to translate and adjust expectations between internal and external teams and manage overall client margin to original contract.
- Drive collaboration internally with sales, client services, and delivery organizations throughout the client lifecycle, as a vocal leader of the Client engagement.
- Lead a matrixed, cross functional team; and provide timely performance feedback.
- Raise issues and risks for resolution within the cross functional team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Experience with TelCo, Media, and Entertainment clients a plus.
- Understanding of our clients' business and objectives and apply business offerings at the management level.
- Ability to collaborate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and interested in identifying and solving problems.
- Strong communicator.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, and 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Martech and/or Adtech experience.
- Managerial experience (especially Project Management) is a plus.
