Your tasks Lead and continuously develop the team of currently 8 Customer Support EngineersEnsure implementation and continuous monitoring of the agreed scopes of work in accordance with the customer requirements and in compliance with OEM, SR Technics and aviation regulationsEnsure on-time delivery of technical requirements, documents, and decisions to support a continuous flow in the engine shop visit processesContinuously optimize the Engine Maintenance Program (EMP), driving improvements that improve process efficiency, shop visit costs and turnaround timesDrive performance culture within the team through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-ups on KPIsCollaborate with engine manufacturers and vendorsPartner with Product Management to continuously improve our service offering to the customers Your profile BSc in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or a related scientific/technical disciplineStrong understanding of the aerospace MRO business or related maintenance businessProven leadership experienceStrong understanding in dealing with customers and foreign culturesProactive and adaptable, with a strong focus on achieving resultsExcellent communication and presentation skillsHigh safety, quality and cost awarenessProficiency in English (C1), with German being a plus Your chance An attractive position in a global and dynamic companyCompetitive employment conditionsOpportunity for professional and personal development
